w789 Terms & Conditions — The Full User Agreement for Pakistan Players

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the w789 website accessible at w789.cam, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, betting interfaces, account dashboards, and associated mobile-optimised pages.
• "Account" means the personal online account created by a User upon successful completion of the w789 registration process, through which the User accesses platform services.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the w789 Platform, accepted these Terms & Conditions, and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Article 2.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's w789 Account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real money Balance funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet (calculated as a multiple of the bonus or deposit) before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using the w789 Platform is unlawful under local law or expressly excluded by w789's operating licence.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by w789 before a Player may process withdrawals or access certain platform features.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the w789 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of w789, or a close family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously had a w789 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from w789 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

w789 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by w789 will result in Account suspension and withholding of any Balance pending resolution. w789 uses third-party identity verification services to cross-check age declarations provided during registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the w789 Platform. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. w789 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method cross-referencing, and other technical measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed and any Balance held therein may be forfeited.

You agree that all information provided during the w789 registration process — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w789 Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received. w789 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access that occurs because you disclosed your credentials, failed to log out on a shared device, or otherwise allowed a third party access to your Account.

w789 is required under its international licensing obligations to perform identity verification (Know Your Customer) on all Account holders before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. By registering on the w789 Platform, you agree to cooperate fully with the KYC process and provide accurate documentation upon request.

KYC documentation that may be requested includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, Passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account showing your name and account number).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits cumulatively exceed thresholds determined by w789's compliance team.

w789 will not charge any fee for processing KYC documentation. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in withdrawal suspension. Account access for gaming purposes may continue pending KYC completion at w789's discretion.

All financial transactions on the w789 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w789 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Visa/Mastercard Credit and Debit Cards, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. w789 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment channels at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your w789 Account within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect. w789 does not accept cash, cheques, or third-party deposits made by anyone other than the registered Account holder.

Withdrawals: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes of submission for KYC-verified Accounts. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible ("same-method rule"). Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are set by the payment provider's limits. w789 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed once the Account holder has completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses, and the account is in good standing with no active fraud investigation flags.

w789 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page at the time of offer, as well as the general provisions of this Article.

• Bonus offers are available only to Account holders who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and carry no monetary value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Unless stated otherwise, standard w789 bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled wagering requirements result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• w789 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to an Account, it will remain valid for the stated duration.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple Accounts, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
• Each Account is entitled to claim each w789 welcome bonus offer only once. Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud.

All bets placed on the w789 sports betting platform are subject to the specific market rules published in the sportsbook and the general provisions below. All casino game outcomes on w789 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live dealer draw, as applicable.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by w789, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where w789's platform rules expressly permit in-play bet editing.
• w789 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrectly displayed odds, or system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. Limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. w789 reserves the right to set individual account-level limits at its sole discretion without prior notice where fraud or irregular betting patterns are detected.
• w789 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games may be suspended, removed, or modified by w789 or the game provider at any time.
• In the event of a disagreement regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held in w789's server logs shall be the definitive reference. Player-side screenshots or records are not binding evidence in disputes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the w789 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or through nominees.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and will be removed from the Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without explicit written consent from w789.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer game format available on w789.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract data from the w789 Platform.
• Engaging in matched betting or systematic arbitrage strategies using bonus funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing w789 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the w789 Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology.

All content on the w789 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, software, trademarks, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of w789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w789 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any w789 content without express prior written consent from w789.

The w789 name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any format — including on social media, promotional materials, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by w789 is governed by the w789 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

w789 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, mobile number, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of operating your Account, complying with regulatory obligations, preventing fraud, and improving platform services. w789 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

w789 offers the following Responsible Gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your w789 Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month after which no further real-money bets are accepted for the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications sent at user-defined intervals to inform you of elapsed gaming time during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary Account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term Account suspension of minimum 6 months during which w789 will not send marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration.

w789 complies with international responsible gaming standards. w789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory instruction from a licensing authority or law enforcement body.
• Technical necessity during platform maintenance or security incident response.

Upon Account closure for any reason other than confirmed fraud or Terms & Conditions breach, any real money Balance remaining in the Account (net of Bonus Funds, voided bets, and pending dispute amounts) will be returned to the Account holder via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting w789 support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Outstanding bonus wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w789's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their w789 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w789 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, internet service providers, or other parties outside w789's direct control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with account security recommendations, including password confidentiality and two-factor authentication.
• Decisions made by a Player in the course of gambling that result in financial loss — gambling involves inherent risk and w789 makes no guarantee of any win outcome.
• Delays in payment processing caused by KYC verification requirements or third-party payment provider processing times.

Nothing in this clause limits w789's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by w789's negligence to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w789 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the w789 Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through w789's internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any other remedy.

To initiate a dispute, the Account holder must submit a written complaint to w789 support at [email protected], including the Account username, the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and the remedy sought. w789 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If the internal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the Player may refer the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by w789's licensing authority. Details of the applicable licensing body and dispute resolution mechanism are available from w789 support upon request.

w789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to Account holders via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the w789 Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory update) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time any amendment is made.

Continued use of the w789 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the effective date, at which point any real money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Article 12.
